Our dispatchers are accessible from 7 am - 11 pm when Animal Control Officers are on duty. To make a service request simply call 363-6609. All calls are anonymous. The more complete and accurate information provided the better we can serve you and the address the situation.

Service Requests Taken by Metro Animal Services Include:

• Cruelty
• Inhumane treatment
• Chaining violations
• Abandonment
• Bite/quarantine cases
• Lack of necessary shelter, water & food
• Lack of veterinary care or grooming
• Unhealthy living conditions
• Confined strays and stray animals at large
