Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

The CAFR is presented in three sections:  introductory, financial, and statistical.  The introductory section includes a letter from the Mayor, a letter of transmittal, Metro Government's organization chart and a list of Metro Council for the time period of the report.  The financial section includes Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A"), the financial statments, required supplementary information, as well as the auditor's report on the financial statements.  The statistical section includes selected financial and demographic information, generally presented on a multi-year basis.
