In order to improve Louisville's business climate, the Economic Development Department works with other government agencies,
Greater Louisville Inc.-the Metro Chamber of Commerce, and the private sector to create jobs, assist business start-ups, improve infrastructure, develop new amenities, and deliver neighborhood services.
Our services range from loan programs, to assistance in site selection, to client support through the regulatory processes, to referrals to state and local incentive opportunities. Staff builds relationships with businesses, big and small, throughout the community to provide solutions for all client needs.
